As per our phone discussion, Jan and I are very please with the quality or our Lauzon Santos Mahogany flooring. After visiting with you, your distributor, and hearing your sales persons presentation we had been convinced that out of several flooring companies we had visited with we would have the best opportunity to have what we envisioned by working with Weiss. However, in our experience with other contractors we have come to know that what a sales person promises quickly gets lost in the list of excuses when production scheduling is not getting the progress they had planned for. This is why our contract specifically included an “out” for the contractor, a provision that if at any time the contractor felt they could not deliver as the customer expected they could terminate the contract and be paid for the square footage installed to that point. We knew we were better off stopping the installation than to have the job done contrary to our expectation.
Weiss met and exceeded our expectation. Jan and I believe this was achieved in great measure due to the patience and tenacity of the lead installer who insisted on doing the job right. Not only did he have the skill to deliver a complex job, but he had the determination not to rush when complications became frustrating to others. He patiently thought thr style = "color: white;"ough problems to solve them rather than resort to the age old installer excuse… “It is within technical standards”. Jan and I greatly appreciate the floor that Weiss Hardwoods and its people have delivered for us. Our Congratulations.
